Possible Causes

Battery deeply discharged during storage, Battery pack aged and lost capacity, Base station not charging during storage, Faulty battery temperature sensor preventing charge

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Store and charge the mower in a dry, ventilated area away from open flames. Do not attempt to open the battery pack.

  • Dock and charge: Place the mower on the base station and ensure the charging indicator is active. Leave it on charge for at least 12–24 hours if the battery was deeply discharged.
  • Check power supply: Confirm the base station power supply is warm to the touch (not hot) and the LED is lit. Replace the power supply if there is no output.
  • Inspect storage conditions: If the mower was stored in extreme heat or cold, the battery may be permanently damaged.
  • Try a reset: After extended charging, power the mower OFF and ON, then clear the error and attempt a short manual mow.
  • Persistent E10 or very short runtime: The battery pack has likely reached end of life and should be replaced with a compatible Robomow battery pack.
