How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the mower OFF and disconnect from the base station before opening any covers.
- Power reset: Turn the main switch OFF for at least 60 seconds, then ON. Attempt to clear the error.
- Check internal connectors: If comfortable, remove the top cover per the service manual and inspect ribbon cables and harnesses between the display/keypad module and the main board. Reseat all connectors.
- Firmware check: Using the Robomow app (if supported), check for firmware updates or attempt a firmware reload following Robomow instructions.
- Undo recent changes: If the error started after replacing a board or module, verify that the correct Robomow part number was used and all grounding points are secured.
- Persistent E14: The main control board is likely defective and should be replaced as a complete unit.
