Possible Causes
Faulty blade motor, Disconnected blade motor cable, Failed blade relay or driver on main board, Safety interlock preventing blade start
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and wear gloves before inspecting the blade area.
- Check for obstructions: Ensure nothing is blocking the blade from turning.
- Inspect motor cable: From under the mower, locate the blade motor cable and verify it is securely connected inside the chassis (requires cover removal per manual).
- Verify safety conditions: Ensure the mower is on level ground with all covers closed and no lift/tilt sensors activated.
- Test in manual mode: Start a manual mow and listen for any attempt of the blade to start.
- No response: The blade motor or its driver circuit is likely faulty and should be replaced.
