How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect from the base station before opening the top cover.
- Inspect keypad area: Look for cracks or signs of water ingress around the keypad.
- Dry the area: If moisture is present, allow the mower to dry indoors for 24 hours.
- Check ribbon cable: Remove the top cover per the manual and reseat the ribbon cable connecting the keypad/display to the main board.
- Test buttons: Power ON and test each button.
- No response after reseating: Replace the keypad/display module with a compatible Robomow part.
