How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove it from wet grass. Do not charge a wet mower.

  • Dry the unit: Place the mower in a dry, warm (not hot) indoor area for at least 24–48 hours. Do not use hair dryers or heaters directly on the unit.
  • Inspect seals: Check for visible cracks in the housing or display cover and for missing gaskets.
  • Avoid pressure washing: Clean the mower only with a damp cloth and low‑pressure water as recommended by Robomow.
  • Test after drying: Once fully dry, power ON and test all functions.
  • Recurring moisture or corrosion: Internal components may already be damaged; professional inspection and possible main board or keypad replacement are required.
