Possible Causes
Charging station guide signal weak, Misaligned station relative to boundary wire, Dirty or obstructed docking area, Faulty home signal antenna in mower
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charging station before moving it.
- Clear docking path: Remove any obstacles, tall grass, or roots in front of the station that could deflect the mower.
- Check station position: Ensure the station is level and the boundary wire is installed straight for at least 1–2 m in front of it, as per Stiga guidelines.
- Clean station area: Remove debris around the station antenna and housing.
- Check station LED and power: Confirm the station is powered and the loop/home signal is active.
- Test approach: Manually place the mower 2–3 m in front of the station and start a return‑to‑home command. If E14 persists, the home signal receiver or antenna inside the mower may be faulty.
