Possible Causes

Dirty ultrasonic sensor lenses, Sensor module misaligned, Damaged sensor cable, Faulty ultrasonic sensor board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before cleaning sensors.

  • Clean sensors: Locate the ultrasonic or proximity sensors on the front/top of the mower. Gently clean the lenses with a soft, damp cloth.
  • Check for damage: Ensure the sensor housings are not cracked or pushed in from impacts.
  • Inspect wiring: Open the cover and trace the sensor cable to the main board. Reseat the connector.
  • Test in open area: Operate the mower in a wide, obstacle‑free area. If E19 still appears, the sensor module may need replacement.
