Robot mower does not follow the programmed schedule and only starts when manually commanded.

Possible Causes

Schedule disabled in settings, Incorrect time or day set, Child lock or security mode active, Firmware glitch

Safety first: Ensure the mower is in a safe area while you work on the settings.

Verify clock: Set the correct time, date, and day of week in the mower’s menu.
Check schedule: Confirm that mowing windows are enabled for the desired days and times.
Security modes: Ensure child lock or special modes are not preventing automatic starts.
Factory reset (last resort): If allowed by the manual, perform a factory reset and re‑enter all settings.
