Robot mower frequently gets stuck or spins its wheels without moving forward.

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before handling wheels.

• Clean wheels: Remove mud and grass from the wheel treads using a stiff brush.
• Check tread wear: If the rubber treads are smooth or cracked, replace the wheels with genuine Stiga drive wheels.
• Adjust working area: Exclude very soft or steep areas from the mowing zone by moving the boundary wire.
• Improve ground conditions: Add topsoil or sand to low, muddy spots and reseed if necessary.
