Possible Causes
Faulty power supply adapter, Defective charging station, Severely discharged or failed battery pack, Main fuse blown
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect the power supply from the mains before inspection.
- Check outlet: Test the wall outlet with another device to ensure it has power.
- Test power supply: Feel if the adapter is warm when plugged in. If you have a multimeter, measure the output voltage and compare with the label. Replace if no output.
- Station LED: If the station LED is off, suspect the power supply or station PCB.
- Battery connection: Open the mower and verify the battery connector is firmly attached. Look for a blown main fuse near the battery or board and replace with the same rating if blown.
- Charge time: Leave the mower in the station for several hours. A deeply discharged battery may need extended time before the display wakes up.
