Possible Causes
Disconnected blade motor connector, Failed blade motor relay or MOSFET on board, Broken blade motor wire, Seized blade motor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and flip it over.
- Check for blockage: Ensure the cutting disc is free to rotate by hand. If seized, the motor may be damaged.
- Inspect wiring: Open the cover and locate the blade motor connector on the main board. Ensure it is firmly connected and the wires are intact.
- Functional test: With the mower safely elevated and blades clear, start a manual mow and listen for the blade motor. If silent and no error appears, the control circuit on the board may have failed.
- Service: Replace the blade motor if seized; otherwise, have the main board tested by a technician.
