• Remove caster wheel: Depending on model, pull off the wheel or remove the retaining clip to access the axle.
• Clean axle: Remove all wrapped grass, hair, and dirt from the axle and bearing surfaces.
• Inspect bearing: Check for play or roughness. Replace the caster wheel assembly if worn.
• Reassemble: Refit the wheel and ensure it swivels freely in all directions.
