Incorrect Cutting Height / Uneven Deck
Robot lawnmower is cutting the grass unevenly, leaving scalped patches and high spots.

Possible Causes
Cutting height set too low, Uneven lawn surface, Worn or bent cutting disc, One wheel sitting lower due to damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the mower OFF and wear gloves when handling the cutting system.
- Adjust cutting height: Use the height adjustment knob to raise the cutting height by one or two steps. Mow gradually lower over several days instead of removing too much grass at once.
- Inspect disc and blades: Turn the mower on its side and check that the cutting disc is level and not bent. Replace a warped disc.
- Check wheel condition: Ensure all wheels are the same size and not damaged or partially detached, which could tilt the mower.
- Level lawn: Fill in deep holes or ruts in the lawn that cause the mower to drop and scalp the grass.
Persistent uneven cutting with a level lawn may indicate chassis deformation and should be inspected by a service technician.
