Possible Causes
Missing blade causing imbalance, Uneven blade wear, Worn mowing motor bearing, Bent cutting disc
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the mower OFF and wear gloves.
- Verify blade count: Ensure all blades are present and correctly installed. Replace missing blades immediately.
- Replace blade set: If blades are worn unevenly, replace all blades as a complete set to restore balance.
- Check disc wobble: Rotate the cutting disc and observe for wobble. A bent disc should be replaced.
If noise remains high after balancing the blades and disc, the mowing motor bearings may be worn and the motor should be replaced by a technician.
