No active mowing times set, Rain sensor preventing operation, Child lock or security mode enabled, Seasonal or vacation mode active
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the mower is on stable ground with blades stopped while adjusting settings.
- Check mowing plan: Open the settings menu and verify that mowing times are programmed for the current day and that the mower is allowed to operate at this time.
- Rain sensor: If your iMOW has a rain sensor, check whether it is set to prevent mowing in wet conditions. Adjust sensitivity or temporarily disable it for testing.
- Child lock / PIN: Confirm that any child lock or PIN protection is not blocking automatic operation.
After correcting the schedule, initiate a manual mowing cycle to confirm the mower now continues mowing instead of returning immediately to the dock.
