Possible Causes
Loose blade screws, Broken or missing blades, Worn blade pivots, Debris trapped between disc and chassis
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch the main switch OFF and wait for all movement to stop. Wear gloves.
- Inspect blades: Turn the mower on its side and check each blade for cracks, bends, or missing pieces. Replace any damaged blades and always replace in sets to maintain balance.
- Tighten screws: Ensure all blade screws are tightened to the torque specified in the manual. Do not overtighten, as blades must pivot freely.
- Clear debris: Remove any stones, branches, or compacted grass from around the cutting disc and housing.
If noise persists, the cutting disc bearing or mowing motor may be worn and should be replaced by a technician.
