Possible Causes
Corrupted firmware, Loose main board connectors, Faulty main PCB, Damaged internal communication bus between modules
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove it from the charging station before opening the housing.
- Step 1 – Power cycle: Turn the main switch OFF for 2 minutes, then ON. Try to start again.
- Step 2 – Inspect connectors: Remove the top cover and visually inspect all connectors on the Sunseeker main control board. Press each connector gently to ensure it is fully seated.
- Step 3 – Check for moisture: Look for signs of water ingress or corrosion on the board. If present, stop using the mower and allow it to dry completely in a warm, dry place. Do not use heat guns.
- Step 4 – Firmware recovery (if supported): Some models allow firmware reinstallation via USB or app. Follow Sunseeker's official procedure only.
If E11 persists, the main control board is likely defective and should be replaced as a complete unit.
