How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before cleaning sensor areas.
- Step 1 – Clean sensors: Locate the Sunseeker ultrasonic or proximity sensors on the front/top of the mower. Wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth and dry.
- Step 2 – Check for damage: Inspect sensor housings for cracks or impact damage.
- Step 3 – Verify mounting: Ensure the sensor bracket is firmly attached and not bent.
- Step 4 – Inspect wiring: From inside the housing, confirm the sensor cable is securely connected to the main board.
If E20 continues with clean, undamaged sensors, replace the obstacle sensor module.
