How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect from the charging station before opening the control panel.
- Step 1 – Check contrast/brightness: If the model supports it, adjust display brightness in the app or via blind navigation.
- Step 2 – Inspect panel: Remove the Sunseeker control panel cover and check the ribbon cable between the display and main board. Reseat it carefully.
- Step 3 – Look for moisture: If condensation or water is present, dry the panel in a warm, dry place for 24 hours before reassembly.
- Step 4 – Replace display: If the backlight is clearly failed, replace the display/HMI module.
