Robot mower frequently gets stuck on small bumps, roots, or edges

Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before lifting or adjusting it.

• Step 1 – Raise cutting height: Increase the Sunseeker cutting height to improve ground clearance.
• Step 2 – Inspect front wheels: Check that front caster wheels rotate and swivel freely. Replace if seized or heavily worn.
• Step 3 – Check drive wheels: Replace worn drive wheels to restore diameter and traction.
• Step 4 – Improve lawn edges: Fill deep ruts and smooth sharp edges where the mower frequently hangs up.
