Possible Causes
Slope exceeds mower specification, Cutting height too low on slope, Worn wheel treads, Mower path repeatedly following same line
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not operate the mower on slopes steeper than specified by Sunseeker.
- Step 1 – Measure slope: Confirm the slope angle is within the mower's rated capability.
- Step 2 – Raise cutting height: Increase cutting height on sloped areas to reduce scalping.
- Step 3 – Replace wheels: Install new Sunseeker high-traction wheels if treads are worn.
- Step 4 – Adjust boundary: Move the boundary wire further from the steepest part of the slope to reduce mower time there.
