How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and remove it from the lawn before opening covers.
- Step 1 – Check main switch: Toggle the Sunseeker main power switch several times and ensure it feels firm. Replace if it feels loose or intermittent.
- Step 2 – Inspect battery connector: Remove the battery cover and verify the battery plug is fully seated and locked.
- Step 3 – Wiggle test: With the mower ON (blade disabled), gently move the wiring harnesses to see if power cuts out. If so, locate and repair/replace the affected harness.
- Step 4 – Battery test: If available, have the battery pack load-tested to check for internal faults.
