How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect from the station before accessing the battery.
- Step 1 – Check mowing time: Compare current runtime to the original specification. Significant reduction indicates battery wear.
- Step 2 – Full charge cycle: Allow the mower to fully charge on the Sunseeker station until the indicator shows 100%, then run a full cycle to recalibrate.
- Step 3 – Inspect battery: Remove the battery cover and check the pack for swelling or damage. Do not use a swollen pack.
- Step 4 – Replace battery: Install a new genuine Sunseeker lithium battery pack if capacity is clearly reduced.
