Possible Causes
Damaged charging station data link, Faulty charging station control board, Broken low-voltage power cable, Misaligned charging contacts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect the charging station from mains before inspection.
- Check power to station: Confirm the wall outlet has power and the station's power adapter LED is on. Try another outlet if needed.
- Inspect low-voltage cable: Follow the cable from the power adapter to the TerraMow charging base. Look for cuts, crushed sections, or rodent damage.
- Clean and align contacts: Clean the metal charging rails on the station and the contact pads on the mower. Ensure the mower docks squarely and both contacts touch firmly.
- Reset system: Unplug the station for 60 seconds, then reconnect. Turn the mower OFF and ON, then dock again.
- If E03 remains: The charging station control board or data link module may be defective and require replacement.
