Possible Causes
Defective tilt sensor module, Loose tilt sensor connector, Mower operating on excessive slope, Debris obstructing internal tilt mechanism
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure the mower is on level ground and the main switch is OFF before opening any covers.
- Place on flat surface: Move the TerraMow to a flat, stable area. Turn it OFF for 30 seconds, then ON and try to start again.
- Clean underside: Turn the mower on its side (with power OFF) and remove grass buildup around the chassis and wheels that might affect balance.
- Inspect tilt sensor: On most TerraMow units, the tilt sensor is a small module mounted on the main chassis. Check that it is firmly screwed down and its cable is fully seated on the main board.
- Avoid steep slopes: Confirm the mowing area does not exceed the maximum slope rating in the TerraMow manual. Relocate the charging station or adjust the boundary if necessary.
- If E07 persists on level ground: Replace the tilt / lift sensor module.
