How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and remove the battery connector before opening the electronics compartment.
- Inspect for moisture: Open the main electronics cover and look for signs of water, condensation, or corrosion on the TerraMow main control board.
- Dry if damp: If moisture is present, allow the unit to dry indoors for at least 24 hours. Do not use heat guns or hair dryers directly on the electronics.
- Check connectors: Gently unplug and replug the multi-pin connectors between the main board and motor driver sections to clear minor oxidation. Ensure each connector is fully seated.
- Visual inspection: Look for burnt components, cracked solder joints, or damaged traces on the PCB.
- If E10 persists: The main control board is likely defective and should be replaced with a TerraMow-compatible PCB.
