How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and wear gloves when working near the blade area.
- Check sensor area: Inspect the front underside of the TerraMow where the lift sensor is located. Remove any packed grass or debris.
- Test switch action: Gently move the lift plate or lever linked to the sensor. You should feel a clear click from the microswitch.
- Inspect wiring: Follow the lift sensor cable to the main board. Ensure it is not cut, pinched, or disconnected.
- Simulate operation: With the mower safely supported and blades disabled, gently press the lift sensor while powering ON to see if E13 clears.
- Replace sensor: If the switch does not click or the error remains, replace the TerraMow front lift sensor assembly.
