Display shows E14; mower may not dock correctly or overshoots the charging station.

Safety: Keep hands clear of the mower while it is attempting to dock.

• Clean IR windows: Wipe the small dark plastic windows on the front of the TerraMow and on the charging station with a soft, dry cloth.
• Check station alignment: Ensure the charging station is level and firmly anchored. The mower should approach it in a straight line without obstacles.
• Remove obstructions: Clear any objects, tall grass, or edging that might deflect the mower as it approaches the dock.
• Test docking: Start a return-to-base command and observe. If the mower still cannot align and E14 appears, the IR receiver or transmitter may be faulty.
• Component replacement: Replace the TerraMow docking IR receiver module on the mower or the IR transmitter board in the charging station as needed.
