How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before opening the top housing.
- Move to open area: Place the TerraMow in an open space away from tall buildings, trees, or metal sheds and power it ON. Wait several minutes to see if GPS lock is restored.
- Inspect GPS module: Open the top cover and locate the GPS module and antenna. Ensure the antenna cable is firmly connected and not kinked or crushed.
- Check for damage: Look for cracks in the GPS antenna housing or signs of impact.
- Firmware update: If supported, update the TerraMow firmware via the official app or USB to ensure compatibility with the GPS module.
- Replace module: If E15 persists in open-sky conditions, replace the TerraMow GPS module and antenna assembly.
