How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before cleaning sensors.
- Clean sensor lenses: Wipe the front-facing ultrasonic or proximity sensor windows with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and grass juice.
- Check mounting: Ensure the sensor module is firmly attached and not vibrating loose inside the housing.
- Inspect wiring: Open the front cover (if accessible) and verify the sensor harness is fully connected to the TerraMow sensor board.
- Firmware reset: Perform a factory reset or sensor calibration if the TerraMow menu provides this option.
- Replace sensor module: If E18 persists after cleaning and reset, install a new TerraMow obstacle sensor module.
