Safety: Ensure only authorized users have access to the mower PIN.
- Verify PIN: Carefully re-enter the correct TerraMow PIN code. Check for stuck or unresponsive keys on the keypad.
- Disable child lock: If the model has a child lock feature, follow the manual to toggle it off (often by holding a specific key combination).
- Power cycle: Turn the mower OFF for 60 seconds, then ON and try again.
- Reset via app: If linked to the TerraMow app, use the app to reset or recover the PIN if supported.
- If E19 persists: The keypad or security IC on the main board may be faulty and require replacement.
