How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not operate the mower if it feels excessively hot to the touch.
- Cool down: Move the TerraMow to a shaded, cool area and allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Clean vents: Inspect and clean any ventilation slots or grills on the housing. Remove grass clippings and dust.
- Adjust schedule: Program mowing times for cooler parts of the day (morning or evening) to reduce thermal stress.
- Check for overload: If grass is very tall or thick, raise the cutting height and perform multiple passes.
- If E20 occurs in mild conditions: The internal temperature sensor or main board may be faulty and should be tested and replaced if necessary.
