How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect the main battery before opening the electronics compartment.
- Reset time: Manually set the correct time and date in the TerraMow menu. Power cycle and check if the time is retained.
- Inspect backup battery: Locate the small RTC backup battery (coin cell or small pack) on the main board. Check for low voltage or corrosion.
- Replace backup battery: Install a compatible TerraMow RTC backup battery if the original is depleted.
- Firmware update: Update the mower firmware to the latest version to correct any known RTC issues.
- If E27 persists: The RTC circuit on the main board may be defective and require board replacement.
