Possible Causes
Boundary wire loops too close together, Broken inner island loop, Weak boundary signal, Incorrect wire polarity at station
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the charging station before modifying boundary wiring.
- Verify island loops: For flowerbeds or trees, ensure the TerraMow boundary wire forms a closed loop around the obstacle and is connected correctly at the main loop.
- Maintain spacing: Keep parallel sections of boundary wire at least the manufacturer’s minimum distance apart to avoid signal cancellation.
- Check connections: Inspect all boundary wire splices and connectors for corrosion or loose contact. Replace with TerraMow waterproof connectors if needed.
- Test with small loop: Create a small test loop around an obstacle to confirm the mower respects it. If not, the boundary signal generator may be weak.
