Possible Causes
Boundary wire too close to obstacles, Worn drive wheel tread, Low cutting height causing chassis to drag, Uneven lawn surface
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before freeing it from any stuck position.
- Adjust boundary: Move the TerraMow boundary wire further away from raised edges, tree roots, or steep transitions.
- Raise cutting height: Increase the cutting height to improve ground clearance and reduce chassis contact with the ground.
- Inspect wheel tread: Replace TerraMow drive wheels if the tread is worn smooth and traction is poor.
- Level trouble spots: Fill in deep ruts or holes and smooth sharp edges in the lawn where the mower frequently gets stuck.
