How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect from the charger before opening the housing.
Steps to check:
- Drying: If the panel was exposed to heavy rain, move the mower indoors and allow it to dry for 24 hours.
- Inspect cable: Open the top cover and check the ribbon cable between the keypad/display and main board. Reseat it carefully.
- Check for corrosion: Look for signs of water damage around the control panel. Light corrosion may be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush.
When to call a technician: If the panel remains unresponsive, the keypad/display assembly should be replaced.
