Robot mower starts but stops after a few minutes without any error code, often returning to base prematurely.

Possible Causes
Battery capacity degraded, High grass load causing high current draw, Dirty cutting system increasing resistance, Battery not fully charging
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower before cleaning blades or underside.
Steps to check:
- Clean cutting disc: Remove built-up grass from the cutting disc and underside to reduce drag.
- Replace blades: Install new Worx blades and screws if the existing ones are dull or bent.
- Check charging: Verify the mower remains on the base long enough to reach full charge and that the base LED indicates normal charging.
- Battery age: If the mower is more than 2–3 seasons old and runtime has noticeably decreased, consider replacing the battery pack.
When to call a technician: If a new battery does not restore runtime, the charging circuit or current sensing on the main board may be faulty.
