Possible Causes
Missing or uneven blades, Bent cutting disc, Debris stuck on disc, Loose blade screws
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and wait for blades to stop. Wear gloves when handling blades.
Steps to check:
- Inspect blades: Confirm that all blade positions on the disc are filled with blades and screws. Replace any missing or damaged blades.
- Check for balance: Look for heavy grass buildup on one side of the disc and clean it off.
- Inspect disc: Check the cutting disc for warping or bending. A bent disc should be replaced.
- Tighten screws: Ensure all blade screws and the central disc bolt are properly tightened to Worx specifications.
When to call a technician: If vibration persists with a new disc and blades, the blade motor shaft may be bent and require replacement.
