Possible Causes
User lifted mower during operation, Stuck or damaged lift sensor switch, Loose lift sensor wiring to main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Always stop the mower and wait for blades to fully stop before lifting.
- Place mower on ground: Set the mower flat on the lawn and restart the program. If E07 clears, the code was triggered by normal lifting.
- Check for stuck housing: Inspect the top cover and chassis for deformation or debris that might hold the lift sensor in the "open" position.
- Gently tap around sensor area: With the mower OFF, gently tap around the lift sensor area (usually near the handle or top shell) to free a stuck microswitch.
- Inspect wiring (advanced): If accessible, open the top cover and verify the lift sensor harness is firmly connected to the main control board.
Persistent E07 on level ground indicates a faulty lift sensor assembly that should be replaced.
