How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before cleaning front sensors.
- Clean sensor faces: Locate the ultrasonic sensors on the front of the mower. Wipe the sensor windows with a soft, damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
- Inspect for cracks: Check the sensor housings for cracks or signs of impact damage that could allow water inside.
- Check wiring: If accessible, open the front cover and verify that the ultrasonic sensor harness is securely connected to the sensor board and main control board.
- Test in open area: After cleaning, test the mower in an open, obstacle‑free area to see if E15 reoccurs.
