Possible Causes
Obstructed sky view (trees, buildings), Disconnected GPS antenna cable, Failed GPS/RTK receiver module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Stop the mower before moving it to a new location.
- Move to open sky: Place the mower and, if applicable, the Yarbo RTK base station in an area with a clear view of the sky, away from tall trees and buildings.
- Check antenna connections: Inspect the GPS antenna on the mower roof and ensure it is firmly attached. If there is an external RTK antenna, verify its cable is not damaged and is securely connected.
- Power cycle system: Turn OFF the mower and RTK base (if used) for 1 minute, then power them back ON to re‑initialize satellite lock.
- Update firmware: Using the Yarbo app, check for firmware updates that may improve GPS stability.
If E16 persists in open areas with good sky view, the Yarbo GPS/RTK Receiver Module or antenna may need replacement.
