Possible Causes

Operating below minimum temperature, Failed NTC sensor in battery pack, Broken temperature sensor wiring

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Do not charge or operate Li‑ion batteries below the manufacturer’s specified temperature range.

  • Warm up mower: Move the mower and battery indoors to a dry area (15–25°C) and let it acclimate for several hours.
  • Attempt restart: After warming, power ON and try to start a cycle. If E19 clears, adjust your mowing schedule to avoid very cold conditions.
  • Inspect battery pack (advanced): If E19 persists at normal room temperature, the temperature sensor inside the Yarbo battery pack may have failed. Replace the battery pack with an OEM unit.
