Possible Causes
Mower not correctly seated on dock contacts, Bent or dirty charging contacts, Misaligned charging station on uneven ground
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the dock power adapter before adjusting the dock or cleaning contacts.
- Level the dock: Ensure the Yarbo charging station is on a firm, level surface. Adjust its position so the mower can approach straight on.
- Clean contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on both the mower and dock with a dry cloth. Remove corrosion with a fine abrasive pad if necessary.
- Check for bent parts: Inspect the spring‑loaded contacts for bending or sticking. Gently straighten minor bends; replace if severely damaged.
- Test docking: Manually guide the mower onto the dock and confirm that both contacts touch firmly.
If E22 persists with good physical contact, the dock contact module or internal dock PCB may be faulty.
