How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower and disconnect from the dock before opening the housing.
- Inspect internal harnesses: Open the service cover and locate the multi‑wire harnesses connecting the main control board to the motor controller and sensor boards. Reseat all connectors firmly.
- Check for pin damage: Look for bent or corroded pins in the connectors. Clean gently if needed.
- Look for crushed cables: Ensure no harness is pinched between plastic housings or under mounting screws.
- Test after reassembly: Reassemble the housing, power ON, and attempt a short test run.
If E25 persists, either the Yarbo Motor Controller Board or Main Control Board may be defective and should be diagnosed by a technician.
