Possible Causes
Cutting height set too low for lawn unevenness, Stuck height adjustment mechanism, Uneven tire pressure or wheel wear
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the mower before adjusting height.
- Adjust height: Use the Yarbo height adjustment knob or menu to raise the cutting height one or two steps and test again.
- Check mechanism: Move the height adjustment through its full range and ensure it moves smoothly. Clean any debris around the mechanism.
- Inspect wheels: Confirm that all wheels are the same size and not excessively worn, which can tilt the mower.
- Level lawn high spots: For severe bumps, consider leveling the lawn or excluding those areas with boundary adjustments.
