Possible Causes
Uneven blade wear or missing blade, Bent cutting disc, Deformed or flat‑spotted drive wheel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Switch OFF the mower and wear gloves when inspecting blades.
- Check for missing blades: Ensure all blade positions on the disc are populated with matching Yarbo blades and screws.
- Inspect disc for bending: Sight along the edge of the cutting disc while rotating it by hand. Replace the disc if it wobbles.
- Inspect wheels: Look for chunks missing from the rubber treads or obvious deformation. Replace damaged wheels.
- Test after replacement: After correcting imbalances, run the mower on a flat area and confirm vibration is reduced.
