Critical safety warning: If blades do not stop almost immediately when the mower is lifted, stop using the mower. Turn OFF the main switch, disconnect the battery, and keep children and pets away.

Steps:

  • 1. Test sensors: With the mower on and blades running, carefully tilt or lift the front slightly (following manual safety guidance). Blades should stop within 1 second. If not, proceed.
  • 2. Inspect lift/tilt sensors: Check for debris or mechanical sticking. Clean and retest.
  • 3. Replace sensors: If sensors are slow or intermittent, replace the lift and tilt sensor assemblies.
  • 4. PCB replacement: If new sensors do not fix the delay, the main PCB blade control circuit is unsafe and must be replaced.
