Possible Causes

Safety: Place the robot on a level floor and turn it OFF.

Level calibration: Turn the robot ON while it is on a flat surface and leave it stationary for a minute to allow auto-calibration (if supported).
Factory reset: Perform a factory reset to reinitialize navigation parameters.
