Possible Causes

Internal IMU calibration lost, Strong magnetic interference, Faulty gyroscope sensor, Loose IMU connection to main PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Place the robot on a level floor and turn it OFF.

  • Remove interference: Move the robot away from large metal objects, speakers, or strong magnets.
  • Level calibration: Turn the robot ON while it is on a flat surface and leave it stationary for a minute to allow auto-calibration (if supported).
  • Factory reset: Perform a factory reset to reinitialize navigation parameters.
  • If E19 continues: The IMU (gyroscope/accelerometer) module may be defective and require replacement on the main PCB.
