Possible Causes

Battery pack not connected properly, Battery cells degraded, Battery temperature sensor fault, Main power switch failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and disconnect it from the dock. Do not short the battery terminals.

Steps:

  • Access the battery compartment: Turn the robot upside down. On most Bagotte models, the battery is under a screwed cover labeled Battery.
  • Remove the cover: Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws and lift the cover.
  • Check battery connector: Ensure the battery plug is firmly seated in the socket. Reseat it by unplugging and reconnecting.
  • Inspect the battery: Look for swelling, leakage, or corrosion. If any is present, do not reuse the battery; replace it immediately.
  • Measure voltage (advanced): If you have a multimeter and experience, verify the battery voltage matches the rated pack voltage (e.g., ~14.4–14.8 V for a 14.4 V pack). Low or zero voltage indicates a failed pack.
  • Reassemble and charge: Reinstall the battery cover, place the robot on the dock, and allow it to charge for at least 4–5 hours.
  • Test operation: After charging, power ON and start a cleaning cycle.
  • If E10 remains: Replace the Bagotte lithium-ion battery pack. If a new battery does not resolve the error, the power management circuit on the main board may be defective.
