Possible Causes
Wheel suspension sensor stuck, Debris in wheel lift mechanism, Damaged wheel lift spring, Faulty wheel lift sensor on main board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.
Steps:
- Check wheel travel: Press each drive wheel up and down several times. It should move smoothly and spring back.
- Clean around wheels: Remove hair, dust, and debris from the wheel wells and suspension arms using a brush and tweezers.
- Inspect springs: Look for broken or dislodged springs near the wheel modules (if visible).
- Reset the robot: Power OFF for 30 seconds, then ON again.
- Test on flat floor: Start a cleaning cycle on a flat, even surface and observe if the error reappears.
- If E11 persists: The wheel lift sensor (often integrated into the wheel module or main board) may be faulty. Replace the affected drive wheel module or the main control board as per your model’s design.
